Our vision is to begin scheduling and creating podcasts that are both instructional and conversational. Currently we are working on scheduling well known former special forces, industry trainers and personalities. Additionally we have been talking with parties directly involved with the 501c3 Warriors Heart.
Live Broadcasts
MisFit Toy Society’s main “service” broadcasts will begin in 2020 with service times to be announced. They will broadcast live on Friday nights from 6:30-7:30pm. This broadcast will bring the Word and have a time of prayer.
Targeted Content to help with Immediate & Remedial Action
The phone calls that have come in over the years have ranged from “I’m going to eat my gun” to “I cried out and asked God what to do and he said call Duke”. It has been an honor to be the vessel that was used to share love and hope. Targeted content is being created using these years of meaningful and effective connections to zero in and address some of the more pointed problems like suicide, depression, divorce, and death as well as financial strength and inner contentment.
Rally Points -Meet Ups, Nationwide
For years Duke has had invitations, nationwide, to minister to this community. These invitations have come through the form of breakfasts, ride-alongs, dinners, funerals, conventions, training weekends, hospital visits and so many others. Traveling to these God-ordained meet-ups will become a key part of the ministry of The Misfit Toy Society. That one-on-one, “God wants to be your best friend,” message from a brother they love and respect changes lives. We see it happen over and over again.
